Job Opening: Customer Service Representative (E-commerce | Remote)

Broad Labz is a fast-paced e-commerce company that builds and scales brands at speed. We don’t operate like traditional businesses—we move fast, rely on smart systems, and expect excellence.

We’re looking for a top-tier customer service rep who’s not just reactive, but resourceful, independent, and tech-driven.

Your Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat using our internal systems.
• Process refunds, returns, and chargebacks accurately in structured sheets.
• Monitor daily support activity and ensure tone and processes are followed.
• Report recurring issues or feedback trends that help us optimize.
• Use tools like ChatGPT to handle tasks faster and smarter.

What We Expect
• Fluent English – both written and spoken. This is non-negotiable.
• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with Slack for daily communication and task tracking.
• A structured, solution-focused mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Bonus Points (Not Required)
• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar helpdesk software.
• Background in DTC (Direct to Consumer) brands or e-commerce fulfillment.
