We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator to help us grow our brand, generate awareness, and drive engagement across our platforms. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and the broader team, joining daily huddles and becoming an integral part of our global company.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Video Editing: Edit recorded videos into long-form YouTube or LinkedIn content, and repurpose them into short-form reels for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Content Creation: Write engaging, on-brand captions and posts that include keywords for SEO, helping drive traffic to our website and improve online visibility.
• Scheduling & Management: Plan and schedule all content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
• Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments and DMs to maintain a positive and active online presence.
• Performance Tracking: Create weekly and monthly reports on engagement, reach, and follower growth, and suggest improvements.
• Asset Management: Organise and maintain a library of video clips, brand templates, social graphics, and photos.
• Campaign Support: Assist with paid social ads, basic graphic design, and support influencer collaborations or giveaways.
• Team Integration: Join daily team huddles and collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Sales, and Content teams.
• Provide weekly reporting to the team on the performance of content, engagement and lead generation.
