Caalano Digital is a high-performance marketing agency based in Australia, helping service-based businesses grow through paid advertising, automation and systems that deliver real results. We’re looking for a Paid Advertising Expert to take ownership of campaign strategy, optimisation and creative direction across Meta and Google Ads.

This is a hands-on, performance-focused role for someone who can think strategically, execute confidently and stay across what's working in the world of paid media. You'll collaborate with our team of digital strategists, designers and CRM specialists — and play a key role in delivering measurable outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch and manage campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
- Conduct detailed audience, keyword and competitor research
- Monitor performance and optimise campaigns to hit KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate)
- Write or refine ad copy, hooks and angles based on campaign needs
- Conduct ongoing creative research and put forward new concepts and ad copy angles based on in-account performance and external trends
- Identify testing opportunities for audiences, placements, creative and offers
- Prepare reporting and performance breakdowns, both for internal use and client updates
- Brief the creative team based on what’s working and why
- Stay on top of platform updates, creative trends and compliance policies

You’re a Fit If You Have
- 3+ years of paid advertising experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- Proven results in lead generation campaigns, ideally for service-based businesses
- A strong grasp of performance marketing, conversion tracking and funnel metrics
- Analytical mindset and ability to make fast, strategic decisions based on data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work well with creatives, strategists and automation experts

Bonus If You Have
-Experience with Go High Level (GHL) or similar CRM platforms
- Familiarity with Looker Studio, Zapier or advanced reporting in Google Sheets
- Understanding of direct response marketing, buyer psychology and funnel logic
- Proficiency in Canva and the Adobe Suite for reviewing or light editing of creatives
- A track record of developing ad angles based on research, data and testing insights

- Full Time
- Remote
- Must be available during Sydney, Australia hours (9am–5pm AEST) — give or take 1 hour either side
- Monthly salary based on experience — please include expected PHP rate
- Long-term position with performance bonuses and career growth available
