Full-Time Appointment Setter (Faith-Based Coaching Company)

We’re a fast-growing Christian coaching company looking for a highly responsive, fluent, and proactive Appointment Setter VA to join our remote team.

You’ll be responsible for:

Responding to leads (Instagram DMs, forms, email) within 1–2 hours

Qualifying leads using our proven script

Booking qualified leads onto our calendar

Following up with no-shows and cold leads

Tracking conversations and updating our CRM daily

Attending weekly Zoom check-ins and submitting end-of-day reports

Requirements:

Strong written and spoken English

Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales

Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Familiar with Slack, Google Calendar, Instagram, and CRMs

Faith-aligned and able to communicate with spiritual sensitivity

Must have fast internet and backup power/wifi
