Social Media Content Virtual Assistant

We're a U.S.-based beauty brand and we're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive virtual assistant to help us grow our online presence through content creation and community engagement.

This role is focused heavily on social media content — including visuals, captions, video ideas, and influencer/UGC coordination. You should be comfortable working independently once trained and excited about making our brand stand out online.

Responsibilities:
-Create content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (using Canva or similar tools)
-Write captions and suggest post ideas that align with our brand voice
-Source and coordinate with UGC creators and micro-influencers
-Track outreach in a spreadsheet
-Engage with followers by responding to DMs and comments
-Stay on top of social trends and sounds (especially on TikTok)

Requirements:
-Female
-Fluent in English (writing + casual video/audio comprehension)
-Experience with social media content creation (Instagram and TikTok preferred)
-Confident using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
-Experience with influencer outreach or UGC campaigns is a huge plus
-Can work independently after training
-Detail-oriented and consistent with deadlines

Compensation & Hours:
-Part-time to start (10–20 hours/week)
-Flexible schedule with some overlap in U.S. business hours for communication
