We're seeking a talented and organized Executive Assistant to join our growing team, reporting directly to both the CEO.
You'll be the key to smooth operations, providing essential support, managing projects, and acting as a trusted right-hand to our leadership.
Requirements:
Can work 160 hours per month, completely dedicated.
Able to work on Pacific Time
Have experience with using Superhuman if possible. If not, needs to have lot of experience with using gmail and
Experience with VOIP
Working knowledge with Clickup, Slack, and Google Sheets
Highly adaptable
At least 2 years experience as an Assistant
What you'll do:
* Work directly and accept delegated tasks from the Senior Executive Assistant with the goal of enhancing the CEO's daily life and strategic focus.
* Be the CEO's personal & executive right-hand:
***** Manage
***** Provide personal assistance to the CEO, including making inquiries, personal sourcing, managing product listing, social media, and information flow.
***** Perform other personal ad hoc tasks requested as simple as calling their doctors to as complicated as sourcing which suppliers to choose on a specific pair of shoes.
* Sourcing, Data Entry, & Research:
***** Gather information, analyze data to support various projects.
***** Summarize findings and offer insightful recommendations.
***** Manage spreadsheets and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
***** Identify potential roadblocks and proactively find solutions
* Communication & Collaboration:
***** Maintain clear and concise communication with internal stakeholders through Clickup and Slack.
***** Collaborate with various teams to streamline operations and identify process improvements.
*Tech-savvy:
***** Utilize tools like Slack, Google Suite, ClickUp, and spreadsheets to manage tasks and projects efficiently.
