Accounts Receivable Clerk

WB Re-Bath, a leading home remodeling company with locations across five U.S. states, is looking for a remote Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely customer payment records, partnering with our U.S.-based team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

???? What You’ll Do:
- Create and maintain jobs in our financial software system.
- Post customer deposits and final payments (card or check).
- Record and reconcile batch payments from national retailers (Home Depot, Lowe’s).
- Review outstanding accounts regularly and follow up on discrepancies or delays.
- Match bank deposits with customer payments and job records.
- Partner with U.S. location managers to ensure job accuracy and prompt collections.

???? Who We’re Looking For:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Familiar with basic accounting principles (GAAP knowledge preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Tech-savvy—comfortable using accounting and CRM tools.
- Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.

- Have experience with U.S.-based accounting software and practices.
- Are familiar with tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
