Automotive Inventory Manager

We're Hiring: Automotive Inventory Manager (U.S. Automotive Dealership Experience Required)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Automotive Inventory Manager to join our growing team. This role is essential to ensuring our vehicle inventory is accurate, up-to-date, and seamlessly integrated across departments.

???? Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update vehicle inventory across internal systems and digital platforms

Input and maintain vehicle listings on Dealer Center and other automotive marketplaces

Reconcile vehicle purchases and sales with accounting and title records

Collaborate closely with the sales team and vendors to ensure all vehicle data is accurate

Support inventory audits and generate inventory-related reports as needed

? What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a U.S.-based automotive dealership (required)

Familiarity with Dealer Center (preferred) or similar dealership CRMs

Working knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting tools (not preferred but can be +points)

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and communicate clearly across teams

Must be available during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
