We are a fast-growing Social Media Marketing Agency (SMMA) helping businesses grow through powerful digital strategies. We leverage cutting-edge tools like GoHighLevel to streamline client results and maximize ROI. We are now looking for a skilled and motivated Sales-Oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in GoHighLevel and a passion for helping businesses grow.
This is a part time position with the opportunity to be full-time in the future.
Work hours are 20hours a week.
Pay rate:$250 a month.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospect Outreach: Identify potential leads and handle outbound/inbound outreach via email, DMs, or calls.

Sales & Client Closing: Present and sell GoHighLevel-powered solutions to potential clients confidently and professionally.

CRM & Funnel Management: Set up, manage, and optimize funnels, automations, and workflows using GoHighLevel.

Client Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new clients, explaining packages, setting expectations, and documenting requirements.

Follow-Up Communication: Maintain active communication with prospects and clients, ensuring smooth transitions and satisfaction.

Reporting & Task Management: Track KPIs, update project boards (Trello, ClickUp, or similar), and prepare performance reports.


More responsibilities will be assigned as needs arises.

Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, especially in the digital marketing, SaaS, or CRM space.

Strong command of GoHighLevel — including funnels, automations, pipelines, and integrations.

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Experience working as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar remote support role.

Tech-savvy, organized, and self-motivated.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with potential clients.

Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Loom, Slack, and Google Workspace.

Preferred (Not Required):
Experience working in an SMMA or digital marketing agency.

Understanding of social media marketing, SEO, PPC, and email campaigns.

Background in customer service, lead nurturing, or appointment setting.
