Google Ads Specialist Wanted (Online Coaching Business | Remote | Long-Term Potential)

I’m looking for a Google Ads specialist who has real experience running and optimizing ads for service-based businesses — ideally coaches, consultants, or high-ticket programs.

My business is a high-ticket relationship coaching program based in my local city (U.S. based), and I’m looking to start running Google Ads to appear at the top of search results when people are actively searching for my services.

What I Need:
A Google Ads expert who can research and find the right keywords that my ideal clients are searching for (men looking for dating/relationship coaching)

Help building a smart and strategic local ad campaign targeting my city

No need for a landing page — I already have one set up

Someone who can set up tracking so we know exactly which leads come from Google Ads using Go High Level (GHL) and Google Analytics

Regular reporting and recommendations on what keywords to double down on and what to cut

Ability to adjust bids, monitor spend, and optimize for conversions (booked calls and applications)

Someone who can study local competitors (other coaches or dating services) and help us stand out in the ad copy and positioning


Tech Stack:
Landing page is ready

Using Go High Level for CRM, tracking, and automation

Will use Google Analytics for deeper insights and tracking

Ideal Candidate:
Has experience running Google Ads for coaches, consultants, or high-ticket service-based businesses

Knows how to integrate and track leads through Go High Level

Can use Google Analytics to make data-driven decisions

Strong communicator, fluent in English, and available for updates/check-ins

Organized and knows how to manage ad budgets, leads, and reporting

Pay & Perks:
Starting rate: $3–$5/hr, depending on experience
