Virtual Assistant – Blog Writer, WordPress Publisher & Simple Image Creator

Hello! We’re Sans Soucie Art Glass — a family-owned studio specializing in custom sandblast frosted and carved glass doors, windows, showers, and more. Since 1976, we’ve been turning ordinary glass into stunning works of art.

We’re looking for a talented, dependable Virtual Assistant to help us write, format, and publish beautiful blog posts each week — and create simple, clean product image collages to include in each post.

Don’t worry — you won’t have to come up with topics from scratch! We’ll provide the blog titles, outlines, SEO strategy, keywords, internal links, and product photos. You’ll use ChatGPT (AI writing tool) to help draft the content in our brand voice, then format and publish everything in WordPress — with an eye-catching product collage in each post.

Your Main Tasks

Write 3 blog posts per week using our provided topics, outlines, keywords, and strategy.

Use ChatGPT to draft clear, polished blogs.

Format each blog FOR WordPress first as a Google Sheet: headings, subheadings, bullet points, internal links to product pages and related blogs, upload images, write SEO titles & meta descriptions.

Create simple product image collages: combine 2–4 product photos into one clean graphic, using Canva, Photoshop, or ChatGPT’s image tool. Add short text if needed, optimize for web, and upload to the blog.

Schedule or publish posts weekly.

Double-check spelling, links, and formatting for accuracy.

Must-Have Skills

Excellent English proficiency: strong writing AND clear spoken English; must write naturally for U.S. audiences.

WordPress experience: creating, formatting, scheduling posts, adding images.

Basic SEO understanding: headings, meta descriptions, internal linking.

Basic design skills: create simple collages using Canva, Photoshop, or ChatGPT.

Comfortable using ChatGPT for writing and image tasks (training provided!).

Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized.

Good communicator — responsive and trustworthy.

Hours & Pay

10-20 hours per week

Weekly pay; hourly or fixed rate, negotiable based on experience

Long-term role with possible extra tasks (like social media help) if you do well!
