Virtual Assistant for Social Media Content Creation & Coordination (Canva + AI Videos + Posting)

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and proactive virtual assistant to help produce and manage high-quality content across social media platforms. You will use Canva for graphic content, AI tools (like Synthesia or similar) to create short-form videos with virtual actors, and coordinate with our video editors via Slack to finalize and publish.

? Design visually engaging social media posts using Canva

???? Create AI-generated videos with virtual actors using provided tools

???? Coordinate with editors to get videos finalized (Slack communication)

???? Consistently schedule and post content across multiple platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

???? Help brainstorm creative ideas and trends in content

????? Maintain a simple content calendar on GHL so all posts can be approved
