Social Media Manager / Content Creator

Overview:
Real Agent Helper LLC is looking for a highly talented and passionate Social Media Manager who is also a skilled Content Creator. You will be responsible for crafting and executing our social media strategy while producing engaging, high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Perform market and competitor research to stay ahead of trends and audience preferences.
- Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Produce original and engaging content (graphics, short videos, reels, carousels, and captions).
- Manage, grow, and engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Analyze engagement data, report on social media performance, and adjust strategy as needed.
- Optimize social media posts for SEO and monitor website traffic using tools like Google Analytics.
- Suggest and implement innovative campaigns (promotions, contests, partnerships, etc.).
- Stay updated with emerging social media trends, tools, and platform updates.

Ideal Candidate Has:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Content Creator.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative content (graphics, reels, videos, or campaigns).
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong command of social media trends and digital marketing best practices.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and online marketing strategies.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- A team player who takes initiative and meets deadlines.
