Remote Bookkeeper (Expert in QuickBooks Online)

Key Responsibilities:
   •   Full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
   •   Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
   •   Proper categorization of vape industry-related expenses and revenue
   •   Matching QBO transactions with POS exports (e.g., Clover, Square)
   •   Generating monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
   •   Prepare monthly sales tax returns
   •   Assisting in year-end tax prep and CPA coordination
   •   Cleanup of legacy bookkeeping ( ---------- may be required)

Qualifications:
   •   2+ years QBO experience with U.S.-based clients
   •   Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
   •   Experience in high-volume retail (vape/cannabis/convenience store bookkeeping a plus!)
   •   Knowledge of payment processors like Clover, Shopify, Square, and management of merchant disputes
   •   Fluent in English; experience communicating with U.S.-based business owners
   •   Strong knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel primarily)
