We are seeking a highly experienced WordPress developer to finalize a real estate site using the Estatik plugin and MLS/IDX data feed integration.

? Deadline: This is a priority project. Final delivery must be complete by Wednesday night (Madrid time). No exceptions.

???? Project Scope:
You will:

? Confirm Estatik plugin is installed and fully functional

? Configure MLS integration (we provide the feed)

? Set up listing categories:

Featured (All company listings under $950K)

Luxury (All company listings $950K+)

Lease (Rental listings)

? Set up homepage search bar:

Must search the full MLS, not just company listings

Results must appear on our site, not redirect externally

? Configure search results page

? Ensure layout, styling, and functionality match the rest of the site

????? Requirements:
Proven experience with Estatik plugin (non-negotiable)

Experience with MLS/IDX data feeds

Ability to configure category-based filtered listings

Experience building custom search functionality in WordPress

Ability to work fast, clean, and communicate clearly

Fixed rate: $150 USD

Bonus available for early delivery

Must be available for daily communication
