We are looking for a driven and persuasive Account Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on outbound outreach to recruit food, craft, and merchandise vendors for our upcoming festivals. The ideal candidate is comfortable with cold calling, excels in building relationships, and is passionate about event culture and small business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively research and identify potential vendors through online platforms, social media, past events, and industry directories.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and outreach to onboard new vendors.
- Communicate event benefits, logistics, and terms clearly and effectively to prospective vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activity, and status updates in our CRM system.
- Follow up with interested vendors and guide them through the application and onboarding process.
- Support vendor inquiries, build relationships, and serve as a point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure vendor satisfaction and event success.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, event coordination, or related fields.
- Proven ability to cold call and confidently pitch opportunities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
- Passion for events, food, culture, or small business ecosystems is a plus.
