About the Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Content Creator & Virtual Assistant to help grow and manage a personal brand in the UK property investment space. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media marketing, content creation AND can run facebook/instagram ads.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Plan, create, and edit engaging social media content (videos, graphics, captions) focused on Airbnb and HMO property investment strategies.

Understand and can set up paid ads for a uk airbnb company to increase customers

Requirements
Know how to set up and run facebook/instagram ads
Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Ability to create engaging video content using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
Basic understanding of the UK property investment market (Airbnb & HMO strategies preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
Nice to Have
Experience in personal branding or working with property investors.
Knowledge of email marketing tools and automation.
Understanding of paid social media advertising.
