Inside Sales Agent (ISA)

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for real estate and a proven track record in sales or appointment setting? We're looking for a motivated and professional Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our growing real estate team in Southwest Florida, with a focus on Charlotte and Sarasota Counties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to inbound leads from online platforms (Zillow, Realtor.com, Facebook, etc.)
- Make outbound calls to cold, warm, and hot leads to generate appointments for our agents
- Follow up consistently with leads in our CRM to nurture long-term prospects
- Qualify buyer and seller leads based on motivation, timeline, and budget
- Set appointments and coordinate with agents to ensure a smooth handoff
- Track daily activities, call metrics, and conversion rates

What We're Looking For:
- Experience in real estate lead generation or inside sales (REQUIRED)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong phone presence — you’re confident, friendly, and can handle objections professionally
- Organized and tech-savvy (CRM experience a plus – we use Follow-Up Boss)
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow and hit performance targets
