Virtual Assistant – Chat Support (Remote)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team in a chat-based support role. This position involves managing ongoing conversations and helping foster meaningful connections with our audience through written messages.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming messages in a timely, thoughtful, and engaging manner
Initiate conversations based on provided guidelines and workflows
Accurately reflect the tone and personality of the brand across all interactions
Understand customer behavior and adjust messaging accordingly

What We’re Looking For:
Excellent written English with no grammar or vocabulary errors
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, tone, and processes
Ability to understand human psychology and anticipate emotional responses
Empathy and the ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes
