We’re a fast-growing ecommerce brand in the beauty and hair care space, shipping globally across Europe, the US, and beyond. Our small, remote-first team is warm, fun, and ambitious. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a reliable, friendly VA to help manage and respond to Instagram and >Facebook comments, with the support of tools like ChatGPT and Meta Business Suite.

You won’t need to write everything from scratch—we’ll provide tools, templates, and AI support to make the work fast and simple. We just need someone who can stay on top of things and ensure no comment goes unanswered.

- What You’ll Do
Monitor and reply to Instagram & >Facebook comments, keeping our community engaged and happy

Use ChatGPT + Meta Business Suite to respond quickly and consistently

Flag important or unusual comments (e.g. complaints, influencer inquiries, etc.) to our internal team

Handle occasional light tasks like tracking lookups or tagging support

Be consistent and dependable across your shift—comments should never pile up

- What We’re Looking For
Clear written English – you don’t need to be a copywriter, just human and warm

Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT (we’ll show you how if needed)

Availability during UK + US hours – must be online and responsive during these times

Reliable internet + quiet work environment

Bonus: basic experience managing social media pages or comment sections

- Role Structure
This is a low-intensity but high-consistency role—perfect for someone already online throughout the day who wants stable monthly income for light, ongoing work.

Expect to work a maximum of 2–3 hours per day, usually spread throughout the day to avoid comment backlogs

You won’t be glued to the screen, but we need someone dependable and quick to respond

As we grow, there’s opportunity to take on more responsibility and increase pay
