We're looking for a Klaviyo Strategist with strong account management skills to join our dynamic team and help DTC brands scale through effective
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and present monthly retention strategies tailored to each client.
Serve as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients - owning the relationship end to end.
Create campaign briefs and flow strategy docs to guide the internal team.
Coordinate with our designer and technician to bring campaigns to life.
Lead client calls and provide clear monthly Loom video updates.
Analyze performance in Klaviyo dashboards and deliver actionable insights.
Proactively flag risks related to performance or deliverables.
Experience working with ClickUp (preferable).
