Ecommerce Operations & Customer Support VA

We're looking for a experienced Ecommerce VA to support our Shopify dropshipping business. You'll handle customer support, purchasing with suppliers, handling fulfillment with shipping companies and assisting with landing page setup using Funnelish and Shopify.

Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support & Payment Gateways
- Respond to customer emails and Facebook messages
- Handle refunds, chargebacks, and disputes (PayPal/Stripe)
- Submit documents for payment gateway verifications

2. Purchasing & Fulfillment
- Communicate with China-based suppliers and shipping agents
- Monitor stock counts and order shipping statuses
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding product issues or custom requests

3. Landing Page Tasks
- Import product reviews using ----------
- Copy content (images, text) from competitors into Funnelish pages
- Write a few basic customer-style reviews
- Do minor product image edits or logo creation using Canva

Requirements:
- Experience with Shopify, ---------- , Funnelish, and Canva
- Strong written English communication
- Familiar with supplier and shipping agent coordination
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
