T-Shirt Designer/Illustrator for Family & Friends Celebration Brand

We run a new t-shirt brand that helps families and friends celebrate life’s most memorable ---------- nts—vacations, reunions, birthdays, weddings, and more—through personalized and matching t-shirt designs.

If you’re passionate about creating artwork that brings people joy, love designing for real-world events, and can turn concepts into polished print-ready designs, we’d love to work with you!

What You'll Do

- Create original, matching t-shirt designs for families, friend groups, and special occasions
- Develop design concepts that blend personalization with visual appeal
- Deliver clean, print-ready files optimized for print-on-demand (POD) platforms
- Create attractive, realistic mockups to showcase designs for our online listings
- Collaborate on seasonal and event-based collections (e.g., family vacations, birthdays, girls’ trips, holidays)
- Stay up to date on design and personalization trends in the apparel space

What We're Looking For

- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Procreate, or similar)
- Experience with AI-assisted design tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.) is a plus
- Strong mockup presentation skills (especially for apparel on real or styled models)
- Creative thinker with a clean, adaptable style and eye for typography
- Ability to work from a creative brief and deliver consistently polished results

Short Skill Assessment

Your design should include:

- Visual elements that reflect a family vacation (think palm trees, beach, fun illustrations, travel icons)

- A cohesive design that works across shirts for adults and kids
