Rockstar Graphic Designer Needed to Create Exceptional Canva Templates

We’re a growing Etsy store specializing in editable Canva templates for individuals and small businesses. As our demand for creative and innovative designs continues to expand, we’re looking for a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating a wide variety of templates across different niches. Your work will be key to helping us stand out in the market, and we’re particularly looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail and a knack for creating visually stunning designs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct research on and off Etsy to discover trending design styles and market demands.
Template Design: Create diverse templates with a primary focus on quality, creativity, and usability across different industries.
Canva Expertise: Use Canva to its full potential, producing designs that go above and beyond default templates.
Mockup Creation: Design compelling mockups of your templates for marketing purposes.
Attention to Detail: Ensure all designs maintain high standards of consistency, quality, and aesthetics.
Creative Ownership: Bring fresh ideas to the table and elevate the visual appeal of all templates.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven Experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing Canva templates and mockups.
Canva Proficiency – You know Canva inside and out and can push the boundaries of the platform.
Creative Vision – You’re always thinking about how to make templates stand out while staying on-trend.
Self-Motivation & Time Management – You can work independently, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Flexibility & Adaptability – You’re able to pivot as design trends change and can cater to various client preferences.
Collaborative Spirit – Excellent communication skills and the ability to take feedback and work with others.
