I’m an entrepreneur running several online businesses (Shopify brand, Amazon store, content websites, and more). I’m looking for a detail-oriented, fast-moving VA to help me grow and manage multiple projects.
You need to be:
VERY reliable
Able to work quickly but with extreme accuracy
Tech-savvy and not afraid of new tools
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Independent and a fast learner
This is a long-term position. I’m looking for someone who wants to grow with the role, not juggle 5 other clients.
Must-Have Skills:
Shopify: update pages, publish products, basic theme edits
Amazon Seller Central: listing updates, title edits, keyword checks, A+ content
WordPress, Webflow, or Framer experience
Klaviyo:
ChatGPT / AI tools
Google Sheets (strong)
Eye for detail – grammar, formatting, spacing, image alignment, etc.
Bonus (but not required):
Meta Ads or Google Ads (just familiarity)
Surfer SEO / Jasper
Canva or Photoshop
Notion / Slack
Zapier / Make.com automation
Sample Tasks You’ll Do:
Publish 10 blog posts to Shopify with proper SEO formatting
Set up a Klaviyo campaign using my copy
Fix a product title on Amazon and reupload A+ content
Create and post a new page on Framer or Webflow
Help document and organize business tasks inside Notion
Requirements:
Full-time or 25–30 hrs/week to start (will grow to 40 hrs/week)
Must work at least 4 hrs overlap with HST (Hawaii time)
Responsive during working hours
You must be loyal, focused, and not juggling multiple clients
Strong internet connection
Pay:
Starting at $4–6 USD/hour, depending on experience
Bonuses for great performance
Pay increases as you grow
