Website Designer / Design Director

We are searching for one of the best designers in the Philippines to join our amazing design team of 10 Filipino designers.

We need a professional web designer that has a proven track record designing premium custom websites that get the best results possible for our clients.

Initially you will be designing, with the goal to slowly merge you to more of a design team director role alongside our other two design team directors.

Our head office is based in Australia. Our clients are from all around the world and are mainly high profile online marketers and online businesses who need premium web design with a high focus on converting visitors into hot leads and paying customers for our clients.

Your Skill Requirements:
- Must have 4 years minimum experience of creating custom website designs that focus on conversions and user experience.
- Must have an understanding of how to design websites and landing pages pages with a strong focus on conversions.
- Must be highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Must be able to design websites in Adobe Illustrator.
- Must have a fantastic, highly creative, polished portfolio of web design.
- Must have 1 year minimum experience of directing designers.

Position Requirements:
- You must be fully committed to a full time position with us and MUST NOT be working full time or part time elsewhere!
- You will work from your own location.
- You must have fast & reliable computer. (MAC or PC.)
- You must have fast & reliable internet connection.
- You must have good English speaking & writing skills.
- You must be set up for Skype calls with our team and managers occasionally.
- You will liaise with our clients via our email support desk.
- You must have a 100GB Dropbox account. ($10 per month.)
- You must be able to direct our designers to get great results.

The salary for this position is PHP 50,000 p/month (PHP 12,000 paid weekly via Paypal)

Full-Time position : Monday to Friday (8am - 4:30pm Filipino time)


The position will start with a fully paid 2 week trial period to see how well you can design. If your performance and talent is suitable we will offer you a permanent full time position, and over the next month will start to direct the other designers alongside the managers.

Our design team are a great bunch of people to work with and the successful applicant will be able to share ideas and make some lasting friendships.

When I last visited our Filipino team in February this year, we had a lot of fun and we grew our bond even stronger amongst all.
