Remote Customer Support Agent

We run a Danish-focused fashion dropshipping store and are currently in the middle of a high-volume closing sale. To help us deliver outstanding service during this busy period, we're looking for a reliable and proactive customer support assistant to join our remote team. We find it really important to provide our customers the best and kind support.

???? Hours:

Max. 2 hours per day

Flexible timing (as long as inbox stays clean and customers are replied to daily)

????? What you’ll be doing:

Answering customer emails (via Gmail) in English

Providing updates on orders, sizing, and returns

Using tools like Shopify, ParcelPanel, and email templates

Optional: light email marketing support (Klaviyo)

???? You are:

Friendly, clear, and confident in written English

Experienced (or quick to learn) with customer service tools

Able to work independently and stay consistent

???? Rate:

€2–3 per hour, paid weekly via Wise or PayPal
