Are you a confident and persuasive communicator with experience in cold calling within the UK property market? We're looking for a motivated Cold Caller to reach out to potential clients and property owners to generate leads and set appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
•Make outbound calls to potential clients in the UK property market.
•Generate and qualify leads for property acquisitions and lettings.
•Set appointments and manage follow-up calls with interested prospects.
•Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

Requirements:
•Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in the uk property sector especially Airbnb.
•Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
•Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
•Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
•Must have proven record in the United Kingdom property market
