Social media manager

Hi,
We’re a company that needs support with the following tasks:

1/Continuation of using our branding.
2/Video and content creation and editing, captioning and posting - liking and commenting. - use cap-cut and canva.
3/Social media engagement in our niche - facebook, linked-in, insta, tik-tok.
4/Use slack, cap-cut, canva, trello, PowerPoint, chatgpt, google drive, google workspace.
5/Assisting with the creative and branded production of other items as directed; such as brochures, presentations etc.

We like to be able to call anytime during your set work hours for a quick catch up and intend to have 1 pre-arranged weekly meeting.

We are open to discussing price work or hourly paid.
We want high quality and reliability, sticking to deadlines.
If it’s hourly paid, then we would wish for you to reliably stick to your work hours.

We want you to have a stable internet connection and be able to work in an environment that is uninterrupted.

You will be monitored with weekly KPI’s (key performance indicators). Such as how many posts you have completed to each social media platform and how far in advance your content calendar is etc.

If you encounter a problem, we want you to think of and suggest possible solutions to get round it.

We are working to a tight budget at the moment until we grow. Hours and pay marked in the ad are negotiable. We want a high quality job with the right person.
