Are you a creative, reliable, and organized Virtual Assistant who LOVES Canva, Instagram, and all things content? Do you enjoy making things look beautiful, thinking ahead, and juggling fun tasks for two exciting small businesses?

I’m looking for a superstar VA to help me grow two brands:

1. Amsterdam Kids (currently has 12k oragnic followers) – a playful, parent-friendly Instagram and website showcasing events, places, and products for families in the Netherlands.
2. Hayati Coaching Etsy Store – selling empowering wellness tools, journals, and printable resources for personal growth and mindfulness.

Your Superpowers:

* Canva wizardry (creating social media posts, Pinterest pins, simple PDFs)
* Confident with Instagram (reels, stories, scheduling, engagement)
* Bonus if you're into TikTok (we’d love your ideas!)
* Etsy experience: listing products, updating descriptions, optimizing tags
* Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
* Good English writing/typing skills (nothing too formal – just friendly & clear)
* Happy to switch between projects and keep both brands growing

Details:

Part-time: 20 hours per week (with room to grow)
Flexible hours – we’ll agree on a rhythm that works for both of us
Weekly check-ins via Zoom or voice notes
