Looking for a talented individual with past experience in working with social media design. We are seeking a long-term employee (as a contractor) who is good at problem solving.

Administration & Data Entry:
Updating spreadsheets with relevant information
Compiling reports
Calendar management

Email management
Competitor research

Social Media:
Managing social media accounts
Creating visual assets (images & videos)
Using AI to generate post descriptions
Basic engagement strategies
Direct outreach (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

Website Design:
Design and Amend Webflow websites

Google Business Profile:
Managing Google Business Profiles

Business Contact:
Speaking with a manager (via Zoom) on a monthly basis
Communicating with a manager (via WhatsApp)

Software Experience Required:
Canva (Required)
ChatGPT (Required)
Webflow (Required)
Google Sheets (Required)
WhatsApp (Required)
Zoom (Required)
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok (Required)
Google Business Profile (Preferred)

Other Requirements:
A good stable internet connection
Familiarity with WhatsApp
Familiarity with Zoom
Good communication proficiency in English
