• Exceptional writing and copywriting ability, capable of crafting concise, attention-grabbing, and platform-tailored content that embodies the brand voice.
• Proficiency in social media intelligence and analytical tools to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into refined strategies.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills for interacting with the online community and internal stakeholders.
• Strong efficiency and project management skills to conceptualize, plan, and execute campaigns effectively.
• Agility and adaptability to react swiftly to new social media trends, algorithm changes, and audience feedback.
• A keen eye for design and a strong understanding of the interior design niche to create authentic and relatable content.
• Experience with social media management platforms and tools (e.g., Canva, Lightroom, video editing software, etc.)
• Customer care skills to handle inquiries and build community trust.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with Melbourne design trends and aesthetics a plus.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the online identity of a growing interior design studio. You will have creative freedom to showcase stunning projects and connect with a passionate audience.
