Customer Support & Order Processing Virtual Assistant – Online Gaming Platform (3 Needed)

We're hiring 3 virtual assistants to help manage player interactions for an online skill-based gaming site offering platforms such as Golden Dragon, Orion Stars, Fire Kirin, and Juwa. This is a long-term remote opportunity ideal for someone who’s responsive, tech-savvy, and can work independently.

Responsibilities include:

Handling customer support via Facebook Messenger and live chat

Creating player accounts using a provided dashboard

Confirming Bitcoin or Cash App payments

Crediting player wallets/points after confirmation

Informing users about active bonuses (e.g. 5% extra points on every purchase)

Logging transactions and issues via Google Sheets

Communicate VIA WhatsApp with colleagues

Providing fast, polite, and professional communication at all times
