Cleaning company va

We're currently seeking a Virtual Assistant to support our cleaning company to do lead generation, make cold calls and emails, social media management, and other admin tasks.


+++You must have lead generation (cold outreach) experience.


We’re looking for a VA who can grow with us and support the foundation of the business by handling:

Lead Generation: Web scraping and building targeted contact lists (property managers, realtors, office admins, etc.)


Cold Outreach: Sending emails and making calls to promote our services and book new contracts


CRM Management: Tracking leads, organizing communication, and following up consistently


Social Media Buildout: Creating and maintaining our online presence through engaging, professional content


SEO & Local Visibility: Helping us rank in local searches via Google Business Profile and similar platforms


Hiring Support: Posting job openings, screening applicants, and helping us build a reliable team of cleaners




Schedule:
10pm-2am PH time


1 year guaranteed raise, potential for full time in future (starts part-time 4 hours a day)
