Short Form Video Editor

Looking for a short form video editor that can speak English fluently, can create visuals such as moving charts, graphs and more. Focusing on yacht/real estate content. Knows about how to properly create engaging hooks and understands how to take the most important pieces of a video together and add B-roll. Each video will be used for Instagram and will be for the most part under 1 min with some being around the 2:30 min mark. Can also create an engaging thumbnail for each video (could be a frame in the video). If you read the posting in full I want you to end the application with your favorite animal.
