JOB OVERVIEW

We're seeking a talented and detail-driven 3D Designer based in the Philippines to work with our team remotely. The focus of this role is creating high-quality 3D renderings and design drawings for residential exterior spaces, especially decks, with occasional work on kitchens or interiors.

All design work must meet our company’s standards and be ready for internal use, including permit submission when required.

???? Responsibilities:
Design and deliver detailed 3D models, renderings, and conceptual sketches for:

Decks (main focus)

Patios, outdoor features, and occasionally kitchens or interior layouts

Develop visuals from concept notes, rough sketches, or verbal direction

Revise designs based on feedback to meet project and client requirements

Ensure all drawings and documentation comply with company standards

May be required to produce permit-ready drawings or plans that align with local building codes (we’ll provide guidance as needed)

???? Requirements:
Proficient in software such as SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Revit, Blender, or similar

Ability to produce both photorealistic renderings and technical drawings

Solid design sense with a strong focus on residential exterior spaces

Detail-oriented and able to follow company guidelines and quality standards

Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment

? Bonus Skills:
Experience with permit drawings, basic understanding of building codes, or experience submitting to permitting offices

Familiarity with construction drawings or CAD standards

Background in architecture, interior/exterior design, or landscape design
