*We are looking for a FULL-TIME Filipino Virtual Assistant with excellent English. You should be living in the Philippines and be Filipino*
This full-time, home based position will give the successful candidate an opportunity to work with a young successful UK Web Design and Marketing Company 40 hours a week.

*I am not looking for SEO firms, BUT only individuals*

You are not allowed to take any private jobs or projects as this is severe conflict of interest and will result less interest in your agreement with us.

Job Description:

1. SEO knowledge
2. knowledge of Web.2
3. Affiliate research and affiliate-link marketing
4. Social Media profile build and maintenance (i.e. squidoo, hubpage, ehow, etc.)
5. Content submissions (article directories) and tracking
6. Link research and link-building (i.e. blog commenting, forum posting, linkwheels, etc.)
7. CSS/HTML and web creation knowledge
8. Keyword research
9. Wordpress and other blogging platform maintenance
10. Video marketing and creation of accounts at various sites
11. Website Maintenance
12. Moderating blog comments
13. Data entry and General administrative tasks
14. Facebook/Twitter/MySpace creation, maintenance, cultivation
15. PHP/Apache/MySQL/Javascript


Job Requirements:

1. Must be available 30-40 hours per week (6-8 hours per day, 5 days a week)
2. Content must also be delivered error-free. No duplicate content
3. Must be able to work for a minimum of 3 months
4. You will be required to meet deadlines and uphold strict quality
5. Must have excellent English
6. Access to a good Internet Service Provider and Power Source
7. Knowledge of Wordpress, wordpress plugins and blogging
8. Ability to multitask
9. Able to work under pressure
10. Reliable, organized, and self-motivated; can work under minimum supervision and can work with deadlines
11. A team player and can work in a small collaborative team environment
12. Can think outside the box, and is not limited to knowledge on basic SEO strategies
13. You must be flexible and will be expected to take on new skills and learn new tools


The following skill-sets/prior experience will be a definite advantage:

SEO / keyword research / SEM knowledge/CSS, HTML (including PPC / Google Adwords); and competitive niche research.

You will be tested. However, we will provide training and tools as required to the right candidate.

You must be available to work and be on IM or phone calls during Standard Time when working on urgent initiatives.


The type of links/activities which will terminate contract immediately are as follows:

- Link Farming.
- Blog comment spamming.
- Links from pages which have over 10 outbound links on it currently.
- Focusing on "nofollow" links.
- Any technique which is deemed as blackhat

Qualifications

1. English proficiency is a must
2. You should have at least a BS in Computer Science, IT, EE, or equivalent level of proficiency.
3. Must be experienced in SEO, link building, blog commenting and forum posting, social bookmarking.
4. You have to be able to write well (well researched, written in American English, conversational, interesting and informative), including optimizing writing for keywords.
5. You must be self-motivated and able to organize your time to maximize efficiency.


Payment and Benefit

4. Paid by Paypal, MoneyBooker, XOOM (Monthly).
5. Pay 11000 PHP per month depending on experience
6. Additional monthly bonus will be given to a performing candidate who positively
contributes to our business
8. Pay increment will be administered based on performance and contribution
9. Long term consistent monthly income

12. Compensation/Bonuses may increase based upon skill set.
