Website Designer

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and SEO-savvy Website Designer based in the Philippines to build and redesign three child care/school websites on Wix. This role includes migrating an existing website from Sitelio to Wix, optimizing each site for mobile, user experience, and search engine performance.

Key Responsibilities
Design 3 visually appealing, user-friendly websites in Wix tailored to our school brands.

Redesign and migrate an existing site from Sitelio to Wix, including URL handling and redirection (if possible).

Set up clean navigation, booking/tour forms, and integrations with tools like Google Maps, contact forms, or newsletters.

Ensure all websites are mobile responsive, fast-loading, and meet accessibility standards.

Write or revise SEO-optimized content, including meta tags, headers, image alt text, and site maps.

Connect the websites to Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google My Business

Collaborate with marketing or admin staff for updates and approvals.

Ensure that the branding (colors, tone, photos) is aligned across all three websites.

Must-Have Skills
Proficiency in Wix (Editor X or Classic)

Experience migrating websites (bonus if familiar with Sitelio or similar platforms)

Strong grasp of SEO best practices and keyword optimization

Eye for clean, modern, professional design (especially for educational or child care sectors)

Ability to write and edit professional, parent-friendly website content

Understanding of domain mapping, SSL setup, and URL redirects

Experience with Google tools (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console)

Strong communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualities
Background in early childhood education or experience designing school/daycare websites is a plus

Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe XD)

Ability to provide ongoing site maintenance or content updates
E-Commerce is also a plus.
