PR Virtual Assistant – Content Creator & UGC Outreach (E-commerce)

We're looking for a proactive and well-organized PR Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce brand in building strong creator relationships.

Your main mission:
???? Reach out to relevant content creators (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
???? Organize gifting campaigns, negotiate collaborations & long-term partnerships
???? Ensure continuous outreach, follow-ups, and communication with our internal team

This is a part-time position with long-term potential.

Your profile:
You have excellent written and spoken English
You have experience in PR, Influencer/KOL relations or communication
You're comfortable negotiating deals and managing conversations professionally
You're organized, reliable, and can work autonomously
You’re a great communicator within a team (Slack, email, or Lark Suite)
You have a good understanding of UGC trends and influencer marketing

Bonus: Familiar with the Lark Suite (not mandatory)
