Virtual assistant

Im runing a small mechanic business and im looking for someone is willing to learn and do a lot of different kind of tasks. Replying to customers, scheduling and maintaining my calendar, some cold calls or emails, some websites optimizing, posting some videos and organizing videos in folders for future editing. I need someone willing to work 8am to 5pm on my time zone. I dont expect all these task to be done at once primarily it will be customer service and scheduling, but if not busy we will work on side projects to promote business growth. I am looking dor someone around 3$ and hour doesnt have to have experience but must be motivated to learn and grow together, as my business grows i will provide bonus pay accordingly.
