Our educational company has recently filled one team position and is now hiring a second full-time Content Developer / Virtual Assistant to join the team. This role focuses on using ChatGPT to assist with building high-quality study materials for students, including practice questions, study notes, video scripts, and study plans.
The role is ideal for someone who’s creative, hard-working, adaptable, and comfortable using AI tools.
::Responsibilities::
-Assist in developing and revising study notes and topic summaries for students
-Review and consolidate content from multiple documents into clean, organized summaries and study-ready formats
-Draft video scripts and help coordinate visual or narrated content
-Create flashcards and study aids
-Organize and maintain content libraries and shared drives
-Collaborate with teammates on structuring interactive content
-Improve and document internal processes related to content workflows
-Contribute to content planning, including scheduling social media posts
-Other responsibilities, including supporting students and general virtual assistant support tasks
::Required Qualifications::
-Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy (this is very important in this role)
-Fluent English language
-Experience with Google Suite, Canva and ChatGPT
-Excellent customer support skills with a professional and polite communication style
-Ability to handle confidential information securely and uphold privacy
-Education or accounting background is not required but an asset
-Availability to work full-time in the Pacific Standard Time zone (9am to 6pm PST)
-This position is full-time and not compatible with candidates who have part-time work or side jobs
