Are you an experienced Inbound Nurturing or Appointment Setting Specialist in the high-ticket coaching space — and also on the spiritual path?

We’re looking for someone with 1–2+ years of experience engaging and nurturing inbound leads (via email, not phone) prior to their enrollment call. If you’ve done this before and know how to build authentic connection, guide people through reflection, and hand them over ready for a clarity call — we want to meet you.

Who We Are
We’re a heart-centered spiritual development company guiding people to shift from their head to their heart through a 12-week high-ticket mentoring program. Our work is transformational, and our calendar is fully booked — now we need an experienced nurturer to help deepen the connection before enrollment calls.

What You’ll Do
Engage with inbound leads via email only

Support prospects between booking and their Head To Heart Session (3–7 days)

Guide them through mentoring questions to begin their transformation

Ensure they’re emotionally ready and informed before their clarity call

Track all engagement in our CRM (training and SOPs provided)

Collaborate with our enrollment team and update them in real-time

Work 2–4 hours per day on weekends (AEST) — with potential to grow into full-time

Who This Is For
? You have 1-2+ years in high-volume inbound lead nurturing in a high-ticket coaching or mentoring environment
? You’ve consistently met or exceeded engagement KPIs (e.g. 31%+ response rate)
? You’re emotionally intelligent, heart-led, and comfortable going deep with people
? You’re organized, self-motivated, and love making a meaningful impact
? You’re fluent in written English and available to complete tasks before 1PM AEST on Saturdays and Sundays
? You’re on the spiritual path, live from your heart and feel aligned with our mission
