Operations & Fulfillment
• Oversee order processing, shipping, and returns to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs, warehouses, and shipping carriers.
• Optimize inventory levels, demand planning, and stock replenishment processes.
Platform Management
• Ensure website functionality, performance, and accuracy across product listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Coordinate with tech or web teams on bug fixes, updates, and new features.
Customer Experience
• Monitor and enhance the post-purchase experience.
• Analyze customer service metrics and lead process improvements.
• Collaborate with CX teams to ensure fast, helpful, and brand-aligned support.
Analytics & Reporting
• Track KPIs such as order volume, fulfillment rate, return rate, and shipping times.
• Create and present weekly/monthly operations reports.
• Use insights to reduce costs, improve speed, and enhance efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, product, finance, and customer support teams.
• Coordinate seasonal launches, sales events, and promotions from an operations perspective.
Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and marketplace requirements.
• Address issues related to fraud prevention, data privacy, and shipping regulations.
Experience with DTC (direct-to-consumer) e-commerce brands.
• Familiarity with tools like ShipStation, SHOPIFY, or Klaviyo.
• Experience managing remote or cross-border teams.
