Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Ecommerce Listing Manager to take full ownership of our product catalog across multiple brands and ecommerce marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Shein, Temu and others. This role will be responsible for ensuring that every SKU—up to 20,000—is accurately listed, regularly updated, and optimized for discoverability and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a master of flat file uploads, proactive in communication, and capable of coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure seamless product listings across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
> Catalog Management: Maintain and update a product catalog of up to 20,000 SKUs across multiple ecommerce channels.
> Flat File Expertise: Create, validate, and troubleshoot Amazon flat file templates and bulk listing files for other platforms (e.g., Walmart, eBay, Shopify).
> Listing Creation and Optimization: Manage end-to-end listing processes, including title, bullet points, attributes, variations, and backend keyword fields using data-driven inputs.
> Channel Compliance: Ensure all listings meet channel-specific requirements and stay compliant with platform policies (Amazon A+ content rules, GTIN/UPC setup, restricted products, etc.).
> Cross-Team Communication: Collaborate with supply chain, creative, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure listing accuracy (e.g., inventory levels, images, keywords, and pricing).
> Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve listing issues such as suppressed, stranded, or inactive products by working with Amazon Seller Support or other marketplace teams.
> Product Launch Support: Support timely launches of new products and collections by preparing listings ahead of schedule, ensuring clean data integration across marketplaces.
> Version Control: Maintain historical records and changelogs of listing modifications to ensure data integrity and team transparency.

Qualifications

Required:
> 2+ years experience managing product listings across Amazon and other ecommerce marketplaces.
> Expert-level proficiency with Amazon flat files and Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, etc.).
> Strong understanding of ecommerce taxonomy, listing SEO, and channel-specific product requirements.
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
> Extreme attention to detail and consistency.
> Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred:
> Experience with Walmart Seller Center, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
> Familiarity with tools such as Helium10, Feedonomics, or ChannelAdvisor.
> Background in catalog operations for consumer goods brands is a plus.

What We Offer
> 100% Remote Work Environment
> Opportunity to work across multiple fast-growing brands
> Collaborative and process-driven culture
> Growth potential into catalog strategy or ecommerce operations roles
