Video Editor

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team and help bring our brand stories to life across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be experienced in editing both long-form YouTube videos and repurposing them into short-form content for Instagram, Reels, and TikTok.

Responsibilities:
• Edit high-quality long-form video content for YouTube, ensuring clarity, pacing, and storytelling are engaging.
• Break down and repurpose long-form content into short-form clips for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Add music, sound effects, captions/subtitles, motion graphics, and text overlays to enhance viewer engagement.
• Apply techniques such as speed ramping, jump cuts, and smooth transitions to maintain viewer attention.
• Implement basic storytelling and structure that aligns with the content’s purpose and target audience.
• Ensure each edit is optimized for the platform it’s intended for (e.g., vertical format for IG/TikTok, horizontal for YouTube).
• Collaborate on content ideas and visual storytelling that creates scroll-stopping ---------- nts.
• Stay up-to-date on video trends, ---------- s, and social media editing styles.

Requirements:
• Proven experience editing both long-form and short-form video content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (and After Effects is a plus).
• Strong sense of rhythm, timing, and storytelling.
• Experience with adding and syncing subtitles and motion graphics.
• Ability to deliver edits on deadline while maintaining high quality.
• Portfolio or reel showcasing relevant work is required.
