Commercial Real Estate Executive Admin (Virtual Assistant)

We are a fast-paced U.S.-based commercial real estate brokerage seeking a creative, organized, and driven Executive Admin to support our marketing and operations team. You will play a vital role in preparing high-quality marketing materials, managing transactions, and handling follow-ups with prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing & Design:
Prepare visually appealing and well-organized Offering Memorandums (OMs), pitch decks, and presentation sheets using Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe.
Create infographics, property highlight visuals, and polished documents for client presentations and listings.
2. Social Media Management:
Help manage and schedule posts across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and

Draft and send professional follow-up
Track responses and update CRM accordingly.
4. Deal & Document Management:
Organize folders, contracts, and due diligence documents for ongoing transactions.
Assist in keeping timelines and files clean and up to date.
5. Property Research & Analysis:
Help gather property data, tenant info, rent comps, and apply inputs to basic underwriting models.
Training provided — no advanced finance experience needed.
6. CRM & Workflow Support:
Keep our lead lists and deal pipelines organized.

Excellent written English and attention to detail
Strong design skills (Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe preferred)
