JOB OVERVIEW

Overview
This role combines social strategy, content design, and campaign execution to build meaningful brand engagement across social and email platforms. With a deep understanding of platform best practices, the Social Media Strategist & Content Designer creates scroll-stopping content, develops aligned strategies, and ensures consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

This role is central to driving audience growth, engagement, and conversions. It involves managing and scheduling content calendars and trafficking graphics in Canva from a design team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong command of brand storytelling, Canva design, a plus but not required. Must be fluent in social/email content trends. Using spreadsheets and Clicj Up to plan strategy.

Hours 2AM to 6AM PH time or 11AM to 3PM PST Arizona
Part-time to start - can fast-track to full-time if you work hard.

MUST BE ABLE TO MANAGE 5-7 CLIENTS IN A FAST WORK ENVIRONMENT.

Social Media Management: Focus on Meta
Strategize, implement, and manage impactful social media campaigns aligned with brand goals.
Schedule and publish content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and boost reach by interacting with other pages and communities.
Review platform insights with management to tweak performance and improve content success.


Canva Design & Visual Content Creation:
Can work with high-quality, branded social graphics using Canva — including feed posts, stories, highlight covers, reels covers, and more.
Create visually consistent content that drives clicks, saves, and shares.
Use Canva tools to produce short videos, add captions/transitions, and create simple animations.
Ensure all designs align with client branding and messaging guidelines.



Email
Marketing Support:
Design engaging, mobile-friendly email graphics using Canva.
Write strong, action-driven copy for email campaigns — including subject lines, preview text, and CTAs.
Coordinate with the team to test email links, add promotions or coupon codes, and get final approvals before scheduling.
Support campaign rollouts that align with social media themes and promotions.


Content Writing:
Write concise, creative, and on-brand copy for social media posts and email campaigns.
Research and integrate trends and seasonal messaging into content calendars.
Maintain brand voice consistency across all content.



Qualifications & Skills:
4–5+ years of experience in social media management and content creation
Advanced Canva skills for both static and animated content
Strong copywriting abilities for social and email
Familiarity with scheduling platforms like Later, Planoly, or Meta Planner
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple brand calendars
Attention to detail in layout, design, and tone


Knowledge of Meta tools and Facebook/Instagram Shops is a plus
Location: Remote
Pay: $6.00–$8.00/hour
