Our mission of delivering exceptional special education services to all students who need them rests on an amazing team of providers. ?As a Provider Onboarding Training Coordinator, you’ll partner with our Onboarding and Training team to deliver an exceptional experience for our provider network and support them in their work of delivering high-quality care to our clients.

What You’ll Do
Provider Onboarding Coordination:
Oversee and initiate account creation
Create and manage provider bios
Provide basic tech support & troubleshooting (i.e. ensuring provider have the ability to set up)
Keep provider records updated in our database (i.e. assisting status updates)
Communication onboarding expectations with providers
Schedule new hire orientation sessions
Training Tracking & Monitoring:
Track attendance and follow up on missed trainings (asynchronous & live)
Assign and monitor completion of asynchronous training materials
Daily monitoring of HR and training platforms for status updates (i.e. Rippling, Airtable, etc.)
Schedule all new hire onboarding programs for providers
Communicate with new providers with guidance and support
Proactively identify and communicate providers who are delayed in onboarding
Training Communication & Support:
Distribute updated training materials and policy changes to provider network
Serve as the primary point of contact for providers during onboarding
Ensure providers receive timely instructions, information, and support
Confirm training completion for asynchronous and live trainings
Maintain consistent communication to guide providers through the onboarding lifecycle.
Other training tasks as needed by the team

What You’ll Need
This position will be a perfect fit for someone with 1-3 years of experience in onboarding, administration, training and delivery in remote setting (ideally in healthcare):
A bachelor's degree
Experience working in administration or operations in a healthcare setting and working closely with clinicians
Experience with virtual onboarding and progress monitoring
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with management systems (e.g. Workramp, AirTable), Google Suite, and other tools used for training and tracking
Strong process management and improvement skills with track record of leveraging technology to improve processes
Strong customer service mindset with focus on employee engagement and success
Ability to adapt to changes in company policies, training needs, or employee feedback
Bonus points if you have the following:
Prior experience in a high-growth start-up or other fast-paced work environment
Worked previously at a behavioral health company or organization
