Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant Recruiter to join our team. This role involves managing candidate sourcing and screening, scheduling interviews, and posting job openings using an ATS system and various recruiting platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ATS tools and recruiting software, with a strong eye for identifying the most qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and screen resumes using an ATS system to identify top qualified candidates.
Post job openings through the ATS and occasionally on external job boards/manual posting methods.
Manage candidate pipelines and update candidate status in the ATS regularly.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently and professionally.
Utilize provided recruiting platforms and tools to source candidates and track recruitment activities.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruitment communications and candidate data.
Assist with other recruiting administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Previous experience using ATS systems (experience with Manatal preferred).
Familiarity with common recruiting platforms and job boards.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Comfortable handling confidential candidate information with discretion.
