Job Type: Part-time, Long-term
Hours: ~1.5 hours/day (currently around 30 minutes/day)
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week), with 2 short check-ins per day
Pay: $20 USD per week, paid every Wednesday

Job Description:
We’re looking for a reliable, experienced, and resourceful Customer Service Representative to handle customer support for our fashion dropshipping store.

This is a long-term role with official daily availability of up to 1.5 hours, though the current workload is light — around 30 minutes per day. As our store grows, the volume of customer messages will increase, so we’re looking for someone who can scale with us.

You’ll be expected to check and respond to customer messages twice daily, provide professional support, and manage Shopify-related tasks such as issuing refunds and creating draft orders.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries (via email or Shopify inbox) twice per day

Answer questions related to orders, delivery, sizing, and returns

Create draft orders for customers when needed

Issue full or partial refunds through Shopify

Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional tone that aligns with our brand

Track and mark completed tasks in our internal log

Escalate complex issues when necessary

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in fashion dropshipping

Proficient in using the Shopify admin panel (refunds, draft orders, customer messages)

Fluent in written English with excellent communication skills

Familiarity and active usage of ChatGPT Premium (Plus) to support your workflow

Ability to follow instructions and represent our brand tone accurately

Stable internet connection and a reliable laptop or desktop

Available Monday to Saturday with two daily check-ins

Willingness to grow with the role as workload increases

What We Offer:
$20 USD per week, paid every Wednesday

Light current workload (~30 minutes/day), but paid based on a 1.5-hour/day commitment
